Los Compadres Homeowners Association, Inc. is a Texas non-profit corporation formed in 1977. Its purpose is to maintain the open space and all streets, supplies and other services necessary for the El Paso real estate subdivision of Los Compadres. This public portion is for providing interested members of the public, including realtors, information about the subdivision and the Homeowners Association.
For realtors, title company personnel and attorneys interested in the structure of the Association, they should review the Management Certificate, a copy of which can be accessed through the link. All of the current governing documents can be downloaded from the Documents page.
